Over 15 years of experience as a M&A, corporate and contract lawyer. She has worked in large (Demarest Almeida) and medium-sized law firms (KLA – Koury Lopes Advogados and Motta, Fernandes Rocha), as well as in the legal department of the American multinational Cargill Agrícola S/A.
This experience in a range of environments, especially in a company, has permitted a multidisciplinary and strategic view of problems, enabling her to provide a wide range of advice to the client in solutions and on the search for results.
In 2009, she decided to start her own firm, which “has always been a dream”, to found ZCBS Advogados, what led to Zancaner, Salla and Faustino Law Firm, in order to simplify law, to focus on the core!
She studied law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP (2002) and holds a Master’s Degree from PUC/SP in Commercial Law (2008) (thesis: Objetivos da Governança Corporativa – Objectives of Corporate Governance).
She was an Assistant Professor of Commercial Law at PUC/SP from 2003 to 2005. Fluent in English.

Main sectors of practice are Food/Agribusiness, Health, Education and Technology – chosen because they reflect the essential issues of the world.
Clients include companies of all sizes, as the goal is to create a networking ecosystem among clients. Along these lines, we also have team volunteer initiatives with NGOs in those same industries.
She is a member of AB2L (Brazilian Association of Lawtechs and LegalTechs) and is connected to the revolution new technologies are causing in the market. She has long been interested in innovation.
At Cargill, in addition to her legal work, she was a member of the legal innovation committee for 2 years and led a company integration project with Seara in 2009 involving around 50 people from the most varied areas of the company, IT, Trading, Tax, HR, etc.
